Normal counter cleaning
Keep an eye on counter cleanliness during service. A dirty counter can interrupt Orio’s production, so deal with cleaning alongside dough supplies and orders.
Stuck in the cleaning animation
A reported lock occurs when cleaning starts at a counter corner, leaving the character stuck in the animation and the menu inaccessible.
Avoiding the corner when starting a clean is a reasonable temporary precaution, but it is not a guaranteed prevention method.
Before restarting
Closing and reopening the game has been used after this lock, but it is not a guaranteed loss-free recovery. Consider when your last save was triggered before forcing the game closed.
